Position Details

About the Role

This position reports to the Branch Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our customer with their financial needs and delivering the right products to meet their Needs, and to ensure that customer needs are referred to the appropriate Business Partners. Contributing also to the Banks purpose and vision of being the South Pacific’s International Bank, championing prosperity for the South Pacific.

 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Identify Customer needs and expectations and offer the best solution
  • Customer Referrals, know your customers and refer the right product to meet customer needs
  • Consistently Deliver what was Promised, ASK ONCE
  • Proactive Communication with Internal and External Customers through Phone contacts and emails
  • Meeting Targets set for the Year
  • Training and Developments
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Grade 12 or 13 certificate
  • Excellent communications
  • Strong Customer Service ethic
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Skill to multitask
  • Good product knowledge
  • Proven Customer Service skills to go above and beyond for a client
  • Attention to detail
  • High level of persistence
