About the Role

This position contributes to our mission to sell/deliver electronic products and services to Bank’s customers and be the number one financial service provider by providing excellent customer service for our customers. Main purpose of this role is to provide electronic banking solutions.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead and execute BSP’s retail banking strategy
• Drive business growth, profitability, and customer experience
• Provide leadership and support across the branch network
• Ensure strong governance, risk management, and compliance practices
• Champion staff development and a high-performance culture

What We’re Looking For

• Postgraduate qualification in a business-related discipline (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a retail banking leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and people management skills
• Sound knowledge of retail banking products and financial markets
